We are pleased to announce the release of our latest white paper, “Minimal DNA Input Validation for Hybridization-Capture NGS Panels”, based on experiments using ONCOaccuPanel™. The study explores the performance of hybridization-capture NGS panels with reduced DNA inputs, addressing the need for accurate results even with lower sample quantities. While a minimum of 400 ng of DNA is traditionally recommended, our validation studies assess performance below this threshold, identifying optimal workflow conditions for improved accuracy.
